Feelings and Experience

Underfoot the FF Leap top layer gives a lively, springy first impression, while the FF Blast+ base keeps things firm and grounded so the carbon plate can snap you forward. Transitions are quick and rolling once you're at speed, but at slow jogging paces the shoe feels stiff and a little flat — it clearly wants to move. Ground feel is moderate: enough foam to protect, not enough to disappear.
